On October 17, the General Office of the Provincial Government and the Provincial Department of Commerce formed a joint research team (three persons including Wang Lipin, Director of the Fourth Division of the Provincial Government Secretariat, and Li Xinping, Director of the Foreign Trade Division of the Provincial Department of Commerce) visited our city to investigate cross-border e-commerce.

Achievements in the construction of the comprehensive pilot zone. In the morning, we investigated the Datong International Dry Port Cross-border E-commerce Bonded Warehouse and JD.com Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park, and held a symposium in the afternoon.

The symposium invited departments such as commerce, customs, taxation, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, as well as cross-border Representatives of cross-border e-commerce companies attended the meeting.

They spoke freely at the meeting and fully exchanged their suggestions and opinions on business development. Director Li Xinping of the Provincial Department of Commerce gave a guidance speech and put forward suggestions for the construction of Datong Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone.

There are several hopes: First, we should do a good job in policy publicity so that enterprises can have an in-depth understanding of government support policies. The second is to conscientiously implement the spirit of the provincial government leaders’ instructions on the construction of a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce pilot zone, work hard and go all out to do a good job in cross-border e-commerce, and strive to submit a satisfactory answer by the end of the year.
