Zodabwitsa za Millet - Kufunika kwa Mbolo

Mapira ali ndi ubwino wambiri wathanzi. Kuchokera pakuyang'anira matenda a shuga ndi mafuta a kolesterolini mpaka kuchimbudzi ndi kuchotsa poizoni, mapira ndi mphamvu ya zakudya.
